World Aviation Gallery is a website full of photo’s where airplane viewers can upload there photo’s for free to show them to the public.
The visitors of this website can easily search for photo’s trough our advanced search function. You can easily cycle trough photo’s with the same specifications from the results.
When a photographer uploads his/her photo’s they will be checked by skilled people before they are made public. These people make sure that the information contained with the photo is truthful. If needed they will change the information according. Secondly these people will make sure the photo’s contain the quality to be placed on World Aviation Gallery. This website doesn’t require the same level quality as most photo-websites do, but we do expect certain quality for placement.
Together with these rules World Aviation Gallery could make a perfect place for a photo-portfolio.

The website ‘www.worldaviationgallery.net’ (hereafter called as W.A.G.) may in no circumstances be copied or reproduced without written authorization of the owner Pieter Steenkamp. When violation these rules we will take steps against the violator.
When photographers upload photo’s they will automatically agree to the following conditions;
1. The photo will remain property of the photographer lying in the hands of W.A.G.
2. Visitors are allowed to use photo’s for private and non-profit goals without authorization of the photographer.
3. W.A.G. has the right to deny any photo without given reason.
4. Visitors can contact the photographer if they want to use his/her work for profit reasons, its up to photographer to give written authorization.
5. Requests to delete photo’s without proper reason will be ignored.
6. W.A.G. adds for protection of itself and the photographer a copyright-bar beneath every photo. Its not allowed for the photographer to add there own copyright notice.
Rules 2 and 4 are for visitors, but we do recommend to contact the photographer out of politeness when downloading his/her photo’s. When as photographer, you don’t agree to the conditions stated, we don’t recommend to upload photo’s to this website, if you do so you will automatically agree to them.
When you don’t follow this conditions and still use photo’s for commercial reasons without written authorization of the owner we will be forced to take law full steps against the user.
